What results should you expect?

We’ve been very successful in helping our B2B clients make online events work.  Running a single webinar, we’ve gone from a standing start to 30 to 60 attendees.  Over a series of three webinars, we’ve helped another of our clients go from 35, to 78, to 155 targeted attendees (generating a sales pipeline of $450m in 6-weeks!).  And for yet another client on a recent projects, we helped achieve a regular attendance of 100+ delegates per event over a series of six webinars.  It’s done with a variety of social, email, web, video, and direct marketing approaches, carefully blended and coordinated to spark interest and make conversation.

If you’ve never run webinars to generate sales leads before, sometimes it makes sense to test the water and make sure online webinars work for your business and proposition.  Most of our programs start with ONE WEBINAR.  Get the first webinar right and it’s plain sailing from that point onwards.  Focusing on one event gets all of your sales and marketing energy behind delivery a great result that you can repeat.  That said, it’s ultimately more profitable to run three or more events as any marketing investment that goes into sourcing attendees will cascade from one webinar to the next, and grow your audience figures over time.

Webinar Series

Our greatest success to-date has come from webinar programs of three or six webinars in a series to build momentum behind a campaign.  Success breeds success.  It makes it easier to justify spend when setup costs are split across multiple webinars.  Usually, we’d recommend a micro-site to build some real online focus towards your campaign; enabling you to combine social feeds and email marketing with your direct sales efforts and online presence.  A big part of what we do is produce the event materials and hero content (leaning on our behavioral understanding, industry knowledge and technical writing skills) to seduce your audience into making conversation with you.
